Continual training and monthly staff meetings keep the staff focused on client service, updates in medicine and diagnostics, and new products. The staff is continually challenging themselves and other team members to improve daily procedures, quality of care, record keeping, and devotion to animal comfort and well-being.
Charles D. Collins, DVM

Dr. Charles D. Collins was raised in Angleton, Texas and attended Angleton High School. He earned his B.S. in Biomedical Science and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine both from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine. In September 2011, he achieved his dream of building a veterinary clinic to offer personal and professional care to our furry family members.
Dr. Collins’ interests include preventative medicine, nutrition, and veterinary pediatrics. Dr. Collins is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and Texas Veterinary Medical Association. He has volunteered with the Brazoria County Fair, veterinary mission projects in Honduras to prevent the spread of Rabies, and in caring for pets displaced by hurricane evacuations. Dr. Collins is one of the few veterinarians in Texas who is a member of the Association for Veterinary Family Practice.
When Dr. Collins is not treating patients he is spending time with wife Kimberly, his rescue poodle Dexter, and his infant son Luke. Dr. Collins, Kimberly, and Luke are life-long residents of Brazoria County.
Brittany P. Frank, D. V. M.
Shadow Creek Veterinary Clinic is proud to introduce Dr. Brittany P Frank, to our staff.
Dr. Frank was born in San Antonio, Texas and lived throughout Texas and Oklahoma while growing up.
She obtained her B.S. in Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M University in 2009, where she met her husband, Will Frank. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in 2013.
Dr. Frank and her husband relocated to Houston in April 2015 when her husband finished his PhD. They live in Sugar Land with their rescued lab mix, Brewster, a hound mix that smiles, Birdie, and a very sassy long haired cat, Duckie.
Dr. Frank is a member of American Veterinary Medical Association and Texas Veterinary Medical Association. Her interests include preventive medicine and internal medicine.
Nancy (Practice Manager)
Nancy began her journey in veterinary medicine in August of 1976 while attending Wharton High School. She attended Wharton County Junior College on Rodeo & Agricultural Scholarships studying Farm & Ranch Management. She has continued her studies at TAMU in CE’S with Bovine Embryo Transfer, Equine Ambulatory, Small Animal Hematology, Radiology, and Small Animal Reproduction. Attending TVMA conferences highlighting practice management, technician skills, and most recently attend the Western Veterinary Conference in Vegas and Webster University. She enjoys spending time with her daughter Melody, crafting, and the great outdoors on horseback. She is owned by an adopted Blue Healer from Pup Squad named Blue Bella DeVille. Nancy, feels blessed she has-worked for some of the best in the veterinary field which includes 2 former TVMA Presidents, former State Board of Veterinary Medicine Member, and Former TVMA General Practitioner of the Year.
Ryan is a graduate of Alvin Community College where she received her associates in psychology. Graduating from Vet Tech Institute of Houston with an associates of applied science in veterinary technology, She is owned by six loving dogs--Kane, Sampson, Ty, Maverick, Khloe, and Lorie. In her spare time she is busy planning her approaching wedding in October of 2016.
